I’m Akshay Deo. I bring hands-on software development together with experience working with institutions and teams across Fiji and the Pacific.
My work has taken me across telecommunications, superannuation, scholarships and regional education. It has involved understanding needs, developing systems, working with stakeholders, and helping people adopt new ways of working.
Through CRESPIRE, you work directly with me, Akshay Deo. I help connect the bigger picture with the practical details, from making sense of a challenge to building and handing over a useful solution.

My professional journey.
My professional experience spans education, scholarships, financial services and telecommunications across Fiji and the Pacific. I’ve contributed to software development, system implementation, process improvements and user support, working alongside technical teams and organisational stakeholders.
